I never liked Mr. Bill. Had to watch this for a sketch writing class. The instructor doesn't like Mr. Bill, either, but included it in his "Comedy that's not necessarily for you" playlist. Physical cruelty seems to have gone out of style in comedy. That's perhaps why SNL won't bring it back. Thank goodness.
