The car is looks closest to an older classic Aston Martin v8 Vantage that was around from the 70's to the very early 90's, but the taillights were modernized In the game way too much where it throws the look off in the rear.

Those things are garbage. Nothing beats the official or licensed component cable.

Are you converting to HDMI using a composite or component cable? I switched to a component cable and never went back to composite and I don't use HDMI. If you are going to convert to HDMI, check if using a component cable as the input will make a difference.
