I carry Clorox travel wipes in my purse tiles off the toilet seat. I’m 62 so straddling/squatting doesn’t work for me 😊.i also carry cleansing wipes to use after using the bathroom.

Nahhhh I’d love to know how you feel about hotels. Cause i see so many hotel cleaning videos that people do when they first arrive. Cause i heard hotels don’t always wash the sheets?! And that the floors are so dirty and you should wear slippers or have shower shoes. Maybe a travel hygiene video? 🙏🏼

Covering up the toilet seat is something my parents taught me as soon as I used a toilet😂. I am now the cleanest person in the house because how much they stressed being clean when I was little. I am a gymnast and I sweat a lot your hygiene tips have saved me!

I always smell good, but when I come home from being on the bus and at school I smell, it's so annoying. I just wash the outfit I wore everyday and I parents get angry because I wash my clothes so much and shower every night. I love smelling good but I CANTT with the bus😭😭

If there's one thing I learned in my microbiology course in college, it's that you should never dry your hands in a public bathroom with a hand dryer because the air it throws out is collected by the entire air circulating in the public bathroom. So it is much better to dry your hands with paper and if there is no paper then it is better to use tissues that you have with you, it is always more hygienic. This is my advice.

I keep a few stainless steel forks, spoons in a sealed plastic bag in my purse in case the silverware is dirty or I get something hot from a foodtruck. I don't want to eat anything hot with plastic, microplastics accelerate aging and are carcinogenic, bad for environment etc.
