Hey! This is a pretty smart way to hold yourself accountable for growth! So, the 21/90 method may help you, for 21 days you actively make yourself change a behavior, or work towards building new behaviors, and then after that long it starts to become a habit (for some the science behind this is a bit shaken) but if you keep doing it for 90 days it becomes a more natural habit and while the psychology of this is unstable at times I’ve found it’s personally worked for me with exercise! But 21 days straight where you just put away the clothes you had on that day can make an impact, you don’t need to go hard every day, and you should give yourself some grace days where it’s okay to not hit the goal. We only really fail ourselves when we set ourselves up for it, and as someone who’s done a good bit of that, trust me you wanting to make a change and sharing about it is a beautiful step.
