M1,M2 4=vsg1+vsg2,vsg1=2v,vsg3=2v at Saturation i2=k(2-1)^2=0.15mA So i3=0.15mA(W/L)3/(w/L)1=0.15mA id3=kp(vgs3-vt)^2 vgs-vt=((2id/uncox(w/L))^1/2 And gm4=2id/(vgs-vt)=300u av=GM*Rout=-gm4*(ro3//ro4)=-300*10^6*(6*10^6//6*10^6)=-300*3=-900......Answer
