I met Jake Byrne while shooting on homewood field in 2009. I was 14 back then and he was such a gentleman. And then we stared putting shots on cage and I realized that he was an absolute animal. Such a humble dude.

This is giving me chills. How much I watched this video. Literally. Countless hours of practice by myself. Hours of shooting.I was so hungry to be great. Paul will always be the greatest of all time. No doubt about it.

paul rabio was like the allen iverson of college lacrosse both talent wise and the whole aspect of him i can't tell u how many times i tried shooting on the run cuz of him and i played x attackmen

laying out the goalie is the 3rd most satisfying thing to do as an offensive player besides scoring and assists.

No he isn't o__o.. Men's Lacrosse is usually fast paced so it's pass, pass, shoot. Not pass, pause, slow down, pass till it gets 3 yards near the goal, then shoot. If they have the shot they'll take it otherwise they'll settle then pass and shoot.
