I just had to ask a team the seams to be coached well and players seam to understand the game .any one please tell me what you think.I'm in a different county same age group.on my sons team he plays as and pitches.he hold s his dutys up very well.I have always coached him and my other 2 sons growing up and tried to teach them the fundamentaks.the right mechanics.etc.the problem I am having is that there are a couple of kids on his team that are basically being lazy and causing the team to lose from these actions related to this.or they have to really fight hard to get the win.it goes beyond lazy I think its attitude.1 of the worst plays first base.he's pretty overwheight but amazingly is an average speed runner.when he plays first,it drives me crazy to see him holding on every last baserunner,no matter the score ' so he can do less effort even when runners are on 2nd and 3rd.he can't advance even when we need the defense to keep then from scoring 2 runs in last at bat .bases loaded and he's holding the runner on.leaving the whole right side wide open.and to make it worse insyed of alternating or faking like your holding him on ,he just camps.and instead of hustleing to the position you should be in defensively,all he does is pivot from his left foot.so he's even covering the bag wrong so it takes longer time for ball to tea h him.but he does it so when the pitcher starts to the plate ,he just slowly pivots and plays about 1 foot from the foul line and bag when no runner us on,he plays 3 feet max from the bag.and that s not all.for the 4th time in 2 seasons,he's been thrown out from right field after hitting a slow fly pop to the right fielderwhen he gets out the box he sees the fielder is gonna catch it'cause its right to him,he slows noticeable and sometimes comes to complete stop.and oiuts about his bad out.believe it or not all 4 times because they are in right field I guess.the fielder has the balk bounce out and off his glove.the he sees this begins to start to run again,and all 4 times the right fielder with not a good arm still hustles to the ball and throws him out at first.4 different teams .never the same rt fielder.but always the same ugliness.hez had 2 times that he hit a grounder to short with bases loaded.2 outs last at bat loosin by 2 or 3. he pouts cause he thinks he's made the last out out.stops running soon as he leaves the box.ball bounces off s stops glove rolls 15 feet from him.so then he starts running again.the thinks the s. Stop is gonna get the ball and still tgeiw him out cause he stopped running to soon.so he thinks he gonna get out anyway cause shortstop hustled to the ball and was gonna throw him out by a step so he piuts and stops running again for the 2nd time.shortsops tripping that he's about to actually throw him out after booting the ball with the game in the line last last inning 3 outs.so he's nervouse throws the ball to the left of first .it goes to the right field fence .so our guy starts running for the 3rd time to beat it out to first caus eeveryobes yelling run.but to go from stopped to starting(3times) again and get to first is taking a while .so the first baseman chases down the ball way down the fence and throws it to the pitcher who's covering the bag . barely gets him out.the game was over. He did almost the same scenario also again .exept we were loosin by 4 runs..in my coaching world and life growin up playing baseball non stop.I just cannot believe what I had seen go down.(just how I described .)just seeing a ball player do that once is something you never forget.In my eyes there are some things you just don't ever do.to your teammates.your brothers.your family that sacrifice for you,your coaches.hell your family honor.when you do certain harmful purpousful things against your team to undermine or harm their chances of winning .rhats lime when your in the military and doung activitys that let the enemy know information that and effects the whole zqaud.the team.I call it like it is.its treason.in the military when you do it,in battle you might be shot on the spot or T least face a firing sqaud lato that is one of them.the team is gonna have trouble winning games.they only won 1 out of 5 games.so the games are close.but the way the playoffs work they can tighten up.I told my son that he and 1 other good players need to speak up and tell the team since their coach never says anything.that the team as a whole needs to hold every player accountable.always .that's the way it works.to me it should go unsead.but I told him they had got to make that quik speach to the team.noody's above it.so I been tellib him Jes got to do that.but he just plays it off And never does.so in the last game ,We had runners on 2nd .2 outs.last at bat for us.we are ahead 2 runs . and base runners on 2nd 3rd.he hits it lime I explained. To right field he pouts stops running gets thrown out at first by the right fielder.and get this he's a left handed hitter .so he has a 5 foot or more head start running to first than a eighty.and still is thrownout from not hustling ... I was some mad.so when he's walking to the dugout I'm sitting right next to the gate I said I cannot believe you did it again and got thrown out fro. Right not hustling and pouting to first.I said we with mist likely need more than just 2 Ru. Lead to win this Ga.e.sure enough ,they rallied on last atbat and runner got thrown out at the plate to end the game before they tied us. So my sons mad for calling him out like I did.and I'm wanting to know had the remaining earthling s all left the planet.am I the only one who understands what Im Saying?.my wife took his side too.they say just never say any thing and just let it go .I called him out for 4 seconds and I did let it go.never said anything else.but the next time,and there will be another time,he does it or anyone else , I'm gonna call them out.I don't mean for something they can't help because of their ability's .I only refer to playing purpously bad In ways detremental to the team.especially after reapeadedly doing it.its a unwritten fact in baszeball tjats unique to other sports.football.soccer.etc .there there is no room for even the slightest amount of pouting.or non hustle or baattitude or anger If you see a video of a major meager like Briceharper after he ha an at at you wound never k ow if he struck out or hit a home run.think about it please .what's your opinions

I remember being stationed in Korea and hearing about my rec ball teammate Darrin Hancock exploding on the courts. He was 3 years younger than me when we played together but his strength was that of a grown man. I was 10th grade and he was 7th or 8th grade and could already dunk.
