Really, this is a paradiselike place. Bissau is so beautiful and hardly anybody in my country knows about it. Please dispatch tourist promoters abroad who present the main sights. This night I will dream of this natural resort - thank you so much! 😗

Just found out all the way from the US that my father’s Afrikan ancestry is both Fula and Balanta. I would love to learn as much as I can about these tribes. Are the Balanta considered ethnically Bantu?
@DarameFamily2 ай бұрын
Bantu is an artificial term. Balanta are an African ethnic group of Guinea-Bissau.

I am glad the street performance still continues. I am struck by the variety of expressive figures that reveal a unique cultural diversity. I am considering to alter the focus of my ethnological research to Bissauen dances. As to my knowledge so far they are not documented in academic publications released in Bosnia. If so, there is plenty of work waiting for me. 🤔

I can `t stop watching these videos. They are very educative for viewers from outside Bissau and contribute to a better understanding of its culture. In my opinion you really deserve an award for your great efforts. 😲
