Thank you very much. I have watched a lot of Imagej tutorials on KZbin and your lecture was one of the best. You break down the steps of workflow very nicely. I really appreciate you sharing this recording.

Thanks a lot for the great videos, I was struggling a lot starting data science with Python but these videos and github contents made everything easier. I have an issue though, when plotting data, I receive an error which is apparently an issue between numpy and python itself but I won't be able to plot my data and just returns a flat line, anyone might have an idea why that is?

Hello, is there a way for the end-user to know what magnification they are at? For example, zooming to a certain point shows you going form 4x to 10x or from 10x to 40x....

Really good video thanks. I wanted to ask is there a way to save the settings i used to analyse one image so that i can apply it to other images (Trackmate plugin in Image J). That will save a lot of time. Thank you

I can't believe that this software is free and open for everyone to use! We paid over than 20k pound to buy Visiopharm a few years ago to analyze the digital pathology slides. I just downloaded QuPath and now ready to explore this software. I am looking forward to receiving more surprise from it! Thank you very much for sharing it, and thanks to Dr Peter Bankhead to create and explain QuPath!

Very well explained and very useful, thank you so much. It would be even better if you include your final macro in the comment section (it would be useful to check for mistakes when writing our own macros). Thanks again
