My wife and I had our wedding rehearsal dinner there. such a shame it was burned down in 2021.

It used to be a Holiday Inn. Back in the 60s n 70s, the dome was called "The Little Fox's." In the basement, they had a bar called Pierre's, where the waitresses sang n danced Broadway musicals on the table tops. There was also live swans (Anthony n Cleopatra) in a pond outside of Pierre's. It might have been a nice wedding but this hotel used to be THE HOTEL for Mpls.

I photographed Jim and Jessie's wedding on May 26, 2013. It is so fun when a couple says....do your thing Steve! I get a lot more done and more creative. I love honoring ideas but I love to honor serendipity. This great couple let me go wild and I loved working for them. There is even a shot of the entire congregation from the 8th floor. The Embassy West was great. Love the place and their food is amazing. Steve Rouch Photography
