1:41 wrong the only counter is when you joined the lobby from a different lobby. So you can get cloudsniped when starting gta and instantly loading into gta online, when you join story mode and then into a public lobby or when you go from the creator into a public lobby. So to avoid getting cloudsniped, go into story mode after starting gta, then into a private/invite lobby and only after that into a public lobby. But besides that good tutorial.
