I can’t help to think maybe another person caused me too much damage to ever let myself be loved. How do i even know what love is or feels like? I know how you feel. But, it's possible to let love in. More than anything, Bjork is urging us to not have our value or idea of love to come from one singular place. I have been shown pain and hatred from my own parents, peers around me and lovers. I should feel hopeless, I should feel lonely. I should have given up a long time ago. But, I realized, love exists everywhere around me. It's in the caress from my cat, in the swaying of the trees in the breeze, in me when I love my friend or a love interest. In me when I decide to be the most important person who loves myself. "All is full of love All around you" It's always been round you 💖

I am so sorry you have had to endure such hardships to make you feel this way. You are loved, surrounded by it and manifest it dear. Be good to yourself and if possible maybe a little kitten.
