It is simply not true to say that people have trust just because you are a Nurse. Many people have been let down and earning trust takes time, effort and humility

Hello what happens to a nurse waiting for verification and investigation as the nursing school certificate has two names and the license certificate contains 2?

I was analysing your KZbin channel. You make nice videos on your channel, I really enjoyed it. I noticed one thing: according to your channel, your channel videos are not viewed and subscribed. You Need to optimise your channel and do video SEO to reach your target audience. Otherwise, if you upload videos to your channel throughout the year, none of your videos will get viral views. If your channel is optimised a little and if the videos are SEO then your channel will rank very fast and your channel will grow. And monetization of your channel will be on.

As I have practiced, I have seen very few nurse's held accountable for the way they are notoriously known to mistreat their colleagues. It's one of the few things I dislike about nursing. It demonstrates a lack of professionalism to me.

Fitness to practice hearings should be private and not displayed to the public. It is incredibly unfair to publicly shame and humiliated nurses due to their actions or mistakes. It discourages me from entering this profession.

I am glad that the RCN was mentioned because in the past they use to support nurses, but not recently. So in protest a lot of nurses like myself have cancelled our subscriptions and joined Unison. I love the speech, many thanks.

Films like this one remind me of communist propaganda. Hidden costs of being in professions like this one are not made obvious by recruiters. And there are a lot of hidden costs that you will find out about further down the line: working unsocial hours will damage your social/family life, burn out, illnesses...yes, doing night (cemetery) shifts will have a detrimental effect on your body. A lot of NAs are guided by greed.. they believe it's an easy, glamorous job. Nothing can be further from the truth. Only in 2022 134 NAs left the register. My advice: do your own research...if it's for the money you are doing it...don't do it.

I’m speaking up and raising my concerns about the NMC. Message to the NMC: with the state of the NHS, chronically underfunded, under-resourced, over-managed with fat cats, a totally BROKEN system where nurses work tirelessly day-in-day-out at the coal-face for pittance, the abuse, physical/ emotional drainage, and then your scrutiny and criticism of them to add insult to injury. That only takes one sort of person, and that is someone special who CARES and gives their all to their profession. They do it because THEY CARE. YOU ARE BREAKING THESE NURSES UNFORGIVABLY, adding insult to their injuries. Shame on you

If you’re thinking about becoming a nurse in the UK, run a mile. Seriously, emigrate and work in a country where you are not likely to be shafted by a corrupt and lawless regulating body such as the NMC. They brainwash you with the Holy Bible AKA The CODE which has more proverbs and chapters than the bible. If you do mistakenly trip up, then you are the real poor Daniel in the Den of lions and liars. They act as judge and jury, you are guilty as sin until proven otherwise and the coercion/ manipulation to keep your registration is something else. You’ve been warned. Run a mile
