To make you’ll need to add all the ingredients in a pot, bring it to a boil then turn down the heat and allow it to simmer for about 1 hr. You’ll Need: - 2 ripe pineapples, peel and core - Water, enough to cover the pineapple skin - Fresh whole ginger, peeled and sliced - 1 Tbsp Tumeric, grounded - 1 Tbsp black pepper - 4 whole cloves - Lemon juice, freshly squeezed to taste Tips: * make sure to use ripe pineapple and wash thoroughly before cooking * Allow to cool down at room temp then store in the fridge * Serve over ice with a few squeezes of fresh lemon . . . #pineapple #pineappletea #pineappleskinjuice #pineappleskintea #tea #teatime #antiinflammatoryfood #guthealth #guthealing #ginger #tumeric

Ginger should be consumed raw, the boiled ginger has very little nutritional properties left

When making ginger tea I add my grated ginger after the water is boiled ...other times I add a lot of the grated ginger to water wid a lil sugar n a dash of essence and then put it in the fridge..thats ginger juice for a couple days... I might add a lil to my bottled water for the day too depending on how I feel...

Love the vid but if you put In turmeric powder, make sure you put in black pepper as well or else your body won’t absorb it

So it’s made by simmering meat, fish, or vegetables in water. You can get it as is or use broth instead

For how long do you let it boil...
@the-mindful-omnivore Жыл бұрын
We let it simmer for about 20 - 25 mins. You’ll notice a change in the color of the meat. Another indicator is once it start falling off the bone
