Managers have always been a law unto themselves. I used to get a lift into work from a friend/colleague, so we arrived at the same time, yet when I sneaked a look at the attendance register he kept, he had me arriving 10 mins late or more on several occasions, but that my friend was on time!!

The graph of people vs. task has always been an important one in measuring branch performance.
