Absolute nightmare to use. Manual is useless. Wake up every morning to display flashing. Keep being advised to reset it, do this, only to notice it flashing error codes again!!! Not user friendly in any capacity!!!

Thank you, because I had no clue how to open and take out this type of bulb. My kitchen bulb has just died on me after having it in my new home that's now 19yrs old, so this will be the 2nd time this light has been opened & changed since my home had been built. Hopefully this new replacement bulb will last just as long as my 1st bulb. I shall be taking a trip down to my local homebase store, fingers crossed they will have this type of bulb in stock, I'll soon find out tomorrow. 🤞🏾

Know days flourescnt bulbs not using we can use LED bulb whic cost almost same price also consume less 50%Electricity less which you get less in electric bill

Could you also make a video that explains how to do this (especially the removal part) in a more challenging (and more common?) scenario when the light is above a kitchen sink and behind a cupboard base so that you cannot see what you are doing, unless you have a combination of giraffe and owl-like neck rotation capability. Also include when the old tubelight hardly rotates as it is basically stuck. The combination of these factors means that you have got no clue when the light is in the right position to be easily removed, if it ever is. Thanks in advance!
