Battlemaniac wasn't entirely a berat-em up, there were only two stages of beatem up in the entire game, and good luck with the infamous turbo tunnel in the third stage, not many really managed to survive it, especially when playing it as two players... If you wanted one more beatem up that deserved a lot more attention than it did it was Maximum Carnage, one of those Red Cartridges, difficult, but not impossible...

@@RetroEdUK Believe it or not, I had a ton of trouble with this video. I lost 5 hours of gameplay due to some issue with the recorder, and I don't have time to re-record. So, in the end, I quickly recorded and posted something because I had no patience left to replay all the levels in Super Mario and do all the tricks again. There's even a part in the video where it freezes 😁. Hopefully, the next video will go better, Battletoads in Battlemaniacs 😁. I've already written the script; now I just need to record the gameplay. I'll probably think of something else to add in the meantime. As for the family, they're good, and the weekend is all about work 🙃.

First, thank you for the comment. And second, you are right about the adapter, it often overheated and then smelled bad. Now, whether it overheated because it was of poor quality or because we played too much... that's another story 🤣
