Malin,I wish you were in Colorado Springs,Colorado.The resources out here are really bad for ED.If I lived in Denver that would not be a problem.But Denver is 60 miles away.Its just really frustrating!!!!!!

I wrote so many novels before my ED. During my ED - 10 yrs of hell, and I'm almost d.ed many times - I can't wrote a single word :( Nothing, because of my disordered behaviors, starvation, my brain didn't work anymore... No emotions, no... tears or joy. Just... nothing. I tried survive. I decided to recovery in 2020 febr. during lockdown (on my lowest weight). One or two WEEK after my decision I began writing again (I was so passionate, I has so many thoughts, emotions - everything came back) and in this september I'm almost finished my fantasy book-series. I'm not fully recovered yet - I has many ups and downs, but I was full determined for my book - and I did it. I'm so proud of myself, my fiancé also, he always helped, encouraged me. :)

Thanks, Malin. ❤your messages always help me. It helps so much to continue to remember: time, time, time. In a world where dieting is supposed to be quick and temporary, it’s very deceiving and difficult to think “no, I need more time.” And this is why diets don’t work and they can become EDs.

Had a therapist similar to this. I kept one repeating that I'm hitting a wall everytime I try doing a task for work or uni and that I tried all kind of methods, but I simply can't get out of that hole. What did he say...: have you tried a to do list? Wow...just wow.

@@cursedlight153 it can have to do with your own food rules and the values that you ascribe to not eating or only eating certain foods. It can help to write down the thoughts and feeling about eating/not eating and why you think not eating is better. It is also helpful to write down why you need to eat and why that’s so important!
