You can get room service for all your meals. I am not sure about the Butler option.

Let me get this straight, clean the spa everyday and the unit after they leave. Put chemicals in the spa, that aint cheap. I am better off working than being a house keeper and spa cleaner. Being a host maybe good for people who make 20 bucks an hour and need some extra cash, but if you make say 40.00 an hour, i dont think hosting your property is worth it.

You would just outsource a specialized Airbnb cleaning company in there area of your Airbnb

Hi Simi, thinking about getting a Hottub so thank you for your info, my question to you is, if you have to empty the tub and it takes 24 hour to fill, Then would you have to close a day off your Calendar after every checkout for the Hottub to get refilled? Joe

So I have installed an instant water heater for the home and I fill the tub with hot water. So I don't have to wait 24 hours. If you fill in with water from Garden hose, it will take unto 24 hrs to heat it up.

Just for entering the US you need one. But Hawaii and most other countries requires one to enter as well/

Very nice rendering ,abut travel by flight to US at this pandemic situation.But are we allowed straight to our destination or made to stay in quarantine in a hotel since having come from different country

Thank you Poorna! Every county or City has their own quarantine guidelines.Some cities has Mandatory quarantine. And you can quarantine at your own home. Not a mandatory institutional quarantine.
