eventhough it is a platform for wide exposure, it should be noted that the cannes event staff DO NOT treat every one the same, they discriminate against non white celebrities, showing courtesy , respect and long exposure on the red carpet to white celebs while bullying asian, blacks and latin celebrities. what they refuse to accept is that the latter has exponential more fans from continents, while the former are just based mostly in north america and parts of europe.
