Is it just me, or does this scene give a similar feeling to the start of Zelda: Ocarina of Time when you wake up and start your adventure?

Gandalf instantly countering his "Good morning" with a problem is a test to see how sincere Bilbo is. And it has potentially another layer of meaning, which is that Gandalf is the classic archetype of a wise-man. You can view his counter the same way zen masters keep their students on their toes. For example there's a zen koan where a student asks his master to pass him the knife, and he passes it with the blade forward, to which the student says "Can you turn it towards you?" and he answers "What would you do if I turned it toward me?". Now Bilbo found a clever answer that gets around having to choose. But because he doesn't choose, he admits that his "Good morning" was vague. So Gandalf's disappointed reaction isn't because he felt he got defeated by Bilbo, but because Bilbo thinks he is clever but actually revealed his insincerity. Gandalf senses that Bilbo is spoiled by his comforts, that he is not truly happy even though he is living in the idyllic Shire. That's why he decides it's a good thing to get him out into the world to broaden his mind, so he can learn to appreciate his life sincerely.

The dwarves made Bilbo's house back to normal. Bilbo went to adventure with the dwarves with Thorin Oakensheild. Bilbo was late.

I realize the Hobbit trilogy is, rightfully, not as beloved as the Original Trilogy. However we got some good moments.

I prefer how it goes in the book: "But..." said Bilbo. "No time for it!" said Gandalf. "But..." said Bilbo. "No time for that either!" said Gandalf.
