When prices double and rates triple but salaries don’t budge, then guess what? you’ve hit a ceiling. It doesn’t matter what your rate was 20 years ago. Talk about out of touch.

So proud to be a Dustin Smith follower. His warmth shines through this entire video. This was a great substantive interview with him. Well done, Mr. Chappell! So many questions raised about COVID....we don't know that much more in 2021 than we did then. If we'd only known when you guys did this interview almost a year ago that we'd still be working our way through the pandemic and just the beginnings of a national vaccination effort.
