you either have to take a picture of the moon with it still light outside or you have to have the pro max of any phone. and it takes a lot of patience and tries to get it right

ok so, this is a thing samsung does, they show a picture of a moon when your trying to take a photo of it. it makes you think that it has good zoom. but no, a guy tested it with a bland white circle, yet the moon details appeared

Reduce exposure. I got clear moon pictures with the 14 Pro Max.

I think it works after multiple tries, its more about a luck, having an iphone 14 or 11 doesnt makes any difference cuz again my friend had 14 and i had 11 we both had our phones and were trying to get this focus and i got it on mine first.. this think is mostly on luck i guess

@@SwarnaliNandi-iy8di no such settings, I had the video on 4K 60 and just zoom into the moon, lower down the exposure, focus and It's just your luck. It happens after multiple tries

If it doesn’t work for you try doing the same thing but recording a video, it will work

For those who can't get it, dont try to take the moon pic in complete darkness its rather difficult that way. I click perfectly clear pictures during or after sunset. Also a hack is, dont zoom early, first lock the focus on a subject perfectly such as a building or tree while the moon is still in frame, then zoom in all the way and lower the exposure so the Moon will still be in focus.

Exactly sunset and sunrise are perfect to capture moon shots and If the moon is near clouds it is even more easier to focus
