hi! Maybe you could help me with this. I bought this DAC long time ago. it is great but unfortunately just recently I wanted to house it in new enclosure and I accidentally made short circuit and have damaged the processor. Is it possible that you know someone or you have the software source code that you could send me so I could upload into the new processor. Or you might sell me the Atmega8a that is already programmed?

You can buy them off “WISH” online shopping app ... but you need to purchase a circuit power board from somewhere else to make it work, seen behind in this video... as I found out 🙄

What is the DAC mode, if you switch between DVD,CD and DAC? You have 2 cich input for stereo analog audio, 6 cinch input for dvd audio and i cant see some input for dac. If (as i thik) dac is digital input like coaxial, where is input for? Or, whats the dac?

Yo si te puedo contar algo, yo tengo una Hakko 808 y una S-993a ambas andan muy bien pero las pistolas para desoldar requieren de mucho mantenimiento, las puntas se dañan rapidamente y se obstruyen muy a menudo, aun asi son herramientas muy sabrosas para trabajar si estas dispuesto a estar limpiando las continuamente. La del video es una S-998p Saludos.
