To all having this issue...mine is now FIXED (thanks to Phiri's below comment). Preformed on a 2020 MacBook Air (OS Ventura 13.2.1) STEPS TO FIX: 1)Click on system settings (gear) 2)Select Display (listed near bottom of the lefthand column) 3) Window will open. Select more space. (This resets the screen to show maximum information) 4) Exit settings 5) Go to the main screen, select one of the microsoft programs (when it opens the pop up box will fit the screen, but now all text is visible, which was the problem to begin with...UGH!) 6) At the bottom right hand corner there is a blue box that says "skip sign in". Click on it 7) Program will open without any further difficulties! SHAZAM IT IS ALL FIXED! NOTE: I purchased Microsoft Office Home & Student. This Office suite is installed on the HD, and not accessed through the web. It was necessary to open each effected Microsoft program (word/powerpoint/excel) and go through the above steps for each. I then shut down the laptop, rebooted and opened each program to insure the pop up was gone...it was. Best of luck with this insanely simple solution to a VERY annoying problem. GIANT SHOUT OUT and many hugs to Phiri for his insight!
