Instil the fighting spirit in your team boss. Your boys play with less passion . Your team always plays well only in the first half. When you conced that's always the beginning of trouble. Your boys lack the maturity to play under pressure. Normally if your team doesn't score two goals or more , you either lose or at most draw the game at the end.
