You can use Manufacturing Extended's "Auto Butcher" or Better Manufacturing's "Body Decomposer" to process meat. Links to the mod pages are in the description.

@@slyllamademon2652 honestly the only threatening enclave troops were the ones in X-02 with the tesla cannon, the flamer is weak unless it's the heavy one so at most those guys were good for harvesting power armor

The average loading times I experience are 30s-1m (To the Commonwealth) with loading speed increasing mods installed.

With Place Everywhere, you can move highlighted but not selected workshop items left&right with numberpad 4&6. The improved conveyor snapping mod assists with the alignment of conveyors to the ground by adding additional snap points to certain floors. Placing conveyors, aligning them, then snapping the auto-butchers at the end is how i did it.
