Hi there, love the video. Do the balls bang against each other? Or is there a worry that they will damage by rubbing or banging against each other?

Why would the black area be right up against the rail? That doesn’t make sense in my head.

Cheap cues dont work well for example applying side spin and screw shots , even if you put a good tip it will still be bad when applying spin

I made one of these with a corded Ryobi buffer. Works great! Three things I noticed after cleaning 4 sets of balls. 1. It doesn't spin the balls on the outside very well at first, but after 15 minutes per set of balls, I found it was spinning/rotating the outside balls better. (11 balls on the outside). 2. placing 5 balls in the middle, these balls spin faster and do not rotate as well. They tend to spin on the vertical axis without rotating much in other directions. 3. Placing a 17th ball in the middle of the ring of 5 balls, gives some counter spin resistance that helps the middle ring of balls rotate better. Over-all, I'm super pleased with the setup that cost well under $50. Super glad I don't have to spend $200-$500 for the ones they sell online and what is the warranty on them? $5 bucket, $5-$10 of cloth, And a cheap $20-$30 buffer. Though I did end up spending $16 on a can of spray on adhesive to stick the cloth to the bucket. It's holding well after cleaning 4 sets of balls. (Been running this thing for at least an hour today.)

I found its possible to stop the Q ball in the middle of the table. I cant do it all the time because its not easy to repeat.

Obviously a "green screen" was used to film this. The 14 ball goes invisible due to this, I imagine the 6 would also. Seems like a pretty good ball cleaner to me, I'm gonna build one. Thanks.

Any update on this product? Interesting but i would be looking for shot by shot analysis - shoot 50 and then see what is different on the ones I miss. Can it report on wrist rotation? Cue acceleration or decel? Can you see your feathers compared to your final stroke to understand if you're going offline?

I just ordered mine. My last cue that i used for about 4 years gave it to a buddy. Meucci plain modle but 21 was to heavy after i hot to play more . If you controlled it a thunderstorm of a break. So getting back starting with one of these for 90 bucks 😊

Cool excellent cues. My custom cue that I have used for over twenty five years now has influences from Hank Thompson, Jim Sickles and Mark Bear. Everyone says this, but its true. My cue is balanced perfect for my height, weight and stance. Yes all cues play differently. Thats why I feel so blessed to have designed my own cue. I do enjoy being at tournaments and listening to the players that never seem to be happy with their cue. Well its kinda of like this I'm glad that approximately half of players in any tournament have already talked themselves out of winning.

Seems pretty easy to fool us with "Real" inlays VS Decal Overlays? If I pay $500 or more, I want to see a detailed Vid of my fancy intricate Inlaid cue being made.

Sid Banner system works with a rolling cueball. your first shot at the 14 in the side pocket was definitely a below center hit on the cueball and probably hit off center to the inside as you hit the long rail a short distance before the side pocket on the long rail. Or you could have missed the spot on the short rail to the left of diamond number 9. another point of interest about the Sid Banner system is that the math for SID takes the cueball destination to the rail track adjacent to the diamond number. the aiming point on the short rail for your shot on the 14 ball would be close to 10.5 to hit the edge of the 14 and make it in the side pocket assuming a rolling cueball hit on the vertical centerline of the cueball.
