I have done research and joined Mexican Relocation Guide. The amount required for permanent residency is close to $300k in Florida! The cheapest are: Raleigh, North Carolina; McAllen, Texas; San Francisco, CA. I am writing to share this because people in most states applying require closer to $275-295k. And I have heard mixed info on whether a resident of a certain U.S. state can apply to another state's Mexican consulate.
