What is the difference between Home Birth and Free Birth and which is this exactly? Looks like you have someone to assist you with the birth. I gave birth to my first born in a birthing pool at home but I have to be honest and say I dont know if my midwife/doula was a 'registered' health professional or if she just had been extensively trained by other midwives/doulas.

This is something I've come to realize recently with the help of my partner, who is on the same path of growth and expansion as I am. At first, I resented the fact that the person I loved so much and had such a deep connection with couldn't coddle me and accommodate all of my special needs to make me totally comfortable, but over time and with a lot of patience and communication on both ends, I realized many of the things I thought I needed were really just trauma responses from various unresolved issues in my childhood that were holding me back from growth. I've always struggled with mental health issues my entire life, and I've been diagnosed with bpd, bipolar, c-ptsd, panic disorder, ADHD, depression, anxiety...etc, and for years Ive been wondering if maybe that's all part of the bigger umbrella of asd, because I certainly fit the bill for it. For nearly a decade, I felt like I was working on my mental health to no avail, but once I finally realized how to stop letting the labels be a box/barrier to growth, but instead used my knowledge of psychology & mental healthcare like building blocks for a ladder to rise above the excuses and learn how to strengthen my resilience, I feel like I'm finally starting to truly progress. I feel very inspired and grateful to come across people such as yourself, who I would like to model my work to be like in the future. // I'm in my mid 20s, currently in school studying psychology and nursing to become a holistic psychologist or psychiatrist, and I now work with children at a psychiatric facility, so I'm just getting started a little later than my peers are, but I feel very inspired and empowered by your story.

I'm still on step 1 out of like 100 to get to my big future goals, but becoming a psych nurse seems like the best way to start and get to my initial goal of financial stability. I also grew up in poverty, and since I've been on my own, I've been consistently struggling to make ends meet, but after I lost my job last year and spent a hot minute being unemployed, I feel like I've finally learned how to take care of myself in all the other ways as well as how to be even more resourceful/creative. I'm also in the process of trying to turn my creative passion/hobby into a business, so maybe once I'm finally making an RN salary or my business takes off and I'm no longer struggling to make ends meet, I'll invest in your courses because they look very intriguing!

22:53 the cervix feels like a nose before your period and is low in the vagina, when you’re ovulating it’s soft high open and up (SHOW) and feels more like a little doughnut ❤

Symptoms Adhd & c-PTSD has a BIG overlaps. So lot of people mainly need to heal their complex trauma. Their struggle is real and willing their way out will not be sustainable.
