Speed builds often help with my sensory overloads. I don't know why, but they do. You would think it would make it worse.

If I'm ever having a lighting situation such as the one you described, I always find places to hide lighting blocks - sea lanterns etc, under stairs, under floorboards, they will still emit light if it's done the right way. Love your builds, you are fantastic!!!
