The question should be why a common man is held under PMLA without any actual charges being framed. Whereas, Arvind Kejriwal has under his dispensation no. of good lawyers but where does a common man find such resources. Colonial laws must be thrown away as they are impinging on basic freedom of man.

@@Manish_a12b Sir, although the intention for PMLA was to eradicate drug money, however detention on the basis of any complaint without any substantial proof does not justify anyone's human rights. There will always remain a possibility that any government could misuse this provision to suppress their adversaries.

Indian elections ridicule democracy. The whole world laughs at India calling itself a democracy. Misuse of EVM, rule of law in Manipore, human rights in Kashmir etc etc etc. No one bothers about women paraded naked on the roads. No governance. Chaos rule the country. No one bothers about what happens in Kashmir. No one bothers about the Prime Minister talking mean about a section of the own country population which he claim to represent. Hatred against other religions, caste, class, sects etc etc etc. A country with people of 15th century in the current world.
