Oh no! What I would try is doing it one line at a time and very slowly and repeating that line until it feels comfortable to play and sing and then move to the next line. It may take longer but I think it will help 🙂

I keep getting sound coming from my strings. Every time I do the tap that you displayed from us. How do I get the strings completely like you do?

You can try to cover all the strings more or use more pressure when covering them. If those don't work you can try to mute the strings with an open hand instead to get all the strings covered.
