OMG, Dave Perry is so cringe. I will be the last person to be act as a white knight, but here he appears as needy and not funny at all. You have to feel when a woman is willing to play along, this time she was not up for banter at all...

I've checked Piper's profile on CageMatch, and he never fought Muhammad Ali (who was the guest outside ref for the main event at WrestleMania 1, in which Piper was tagging with Orndorff against Hogan and Mr. T).

this is a clip/sketch show by surrealist comedian harry hill that did a weekly review of tv programs, absolutely ripping the shit out of everything from soap operas and dramas to talent competitions and "reality" tv. the whole thing is just a huge tongue-in-cheek satire of the banality and stupidity of television, i'd recommend watching some more if you can handle fast paced surrealism

The film is a spineless, geopolitically AWOL superficial small-talk cop-out. They don't even ever mention what country might be 'warred' against. And by design no references at all to any real-world US-UK warmongers like Blair, Bush et al. And the Alastair Campbell-like main character is portrayed as being opposed to(!) a war against the unnamed country ! Pathetic - but it fools most geopolitically illiterate fans who just wanna giggle at small-issue cynical banter instead of applauding fearless, specific and highly-informed BIG PICTURE geopolitical satire. Typical Iannucci fluff and a typically tooth-less half-baked mainstream media cop-out. (Much like HIGNFY) Paul G

I'm gonna get some flak for this but like, while this is still a bad movie..I like this more than the first. Like, the first one really was bad sure, it was funny too but I always felt frustrated by the lack of internal consistency and the sluggish pace of the first. This one for me felt...almost more internally consistent for the most part? and it didn't feel boring to watch. Did it contradict the first movie? sure it did but also like, the first one wasn't really good neither? I felt like this movie is best stand alone better. My big issue however is that Peter was set aside for Dr Trace to shine, which is a shame because I felt like both movies, the emotional core had been Jobe's friendship with Peter. Peter is mostly in the background while Dr Trace did most of the heavy lifting.
