@@sethbadesha for sure, also since most likely you’re working another job and time can be of the essence try and look for ways to make editing efficient, if you have a sibling or spouse let them handle some of the responsibility. Key is to push a video a week at least to speed growth

@@davidrodriguez4043 Last October the unemployment rate was hovering around 3.9% and in the 3rd quarter the GDP increased by 4.9%. So I wouldn’t say the recession started then. However, depending on the sector you are involved in, it may have felt different compared to the overall economy.

The current government has increased the number of immigrants coming into Canada in the past years and now the goal is to have 500,000 new immigrants to come into Canada in 2024. We have never seen these numbers before. Also, there is only a temporary ban of foreign nationals from buying Canadian real estate, but nothing is in place for long term.

Canada has seen an increase in immigration in general and the number of immigrants that are coming into Canada is not sustainable. Some adjustments will need to be made so that our infrastructure can be adjusted for the newcomers.

I live in Calgary. The average home price has risen by an average of 120k n 2 years. Unrealistic bubble and when it bursts it will be catastrophic.

Also, Calgary has been hit by investors from Ontario and BC in the past few years further inflating the prices faster. And I do agree, when the market does correct, it will not be pretty.
