10 WEIGHT LOSS STRATEGIES WHEN TO EAT? 1. Eat less often. Do not snack. Eat only two meals per day Morning meal 7 to 8 am. Post noon meal 3 to 5 pm. Do not eat after sunset it is opposite to your circadian rhythm. HOW MUCH SLEEP? 2. Regular night sleep of 7 to 8 hours. HOW MUCH PHYSICAL ACTIVITY? 3. PHYSICAL ACTIVITY ATLEAST 150 MINUTES PER WEEK. WHAT TO EAT? 4. DO NOT USE ( 4 Ss) SUGARS, STARCHES SEED OILS SWEETNERS. THESE ARE ULTRA REFINED AND HIGHLY PROCESSED. SUGARS cane sugar jaggery, brown sugar, honey. FRUIT SUGARS( FRUCTOSE) 😢 Fruit juice, 😢 Dry fruits, eg, dry date, dry fig dry apricot, dry plum etc. 😢 High corn fructose syrup, 😢 agave nectar, 😢 maltitol STARCHES 😢 FLOURS All types of flour. Wheat flour, chick pea flour Products made from these flours, 😢 rotti, bread, naan, kulcha, russ cake, pappa, all bakery, biscuits, cakes, cookies, doughnuts, etc 😢 All crap and deleterious fast food, pizza, French fries, burgers and bunns. 😢 WHITE RICE 😢 POTATOES/ FRENCH FRIES OR CHIPS 😢 ARTIFICIAL SWEETENERS SACCHARINE, ASPARTAME SEED OILS Cotton seed oil VTF VINASPATI Corn seed oil Palm oil Sunflower oil Soybean oil Canola oil Safflower oil 5. Simplest form of carbohydrates like sugar, dizzy drinks, chocolates, baked goods, sweets, desserts Reduce all those product's which converts to flour like atta, Maida etc Eat more fibre like salads, fruits etc Exercise is very important to lose weight at least 1 hour a day
