Simplest form of carbohydrates like sugar, dizzy drinks, chocolates, baked goods, sweets, desserts Reduce all those product's which converts to flour like atta, Maida etc Eat more fibre like salads, fruits etc Exercise is very important to lose weight at least 1 hour a day
