At 5:35 you talk about the effect of Finasteride on muscle mass, however studies suggest that there is no correlation between the activity of type 2 5AR-isoenzyme and muscle mass. Simply put, DHT is not present in muscle tissue. If you are interested in learning more about the matter, I can suggest Haircafe´s Video about it: kzbin.info/www/bejne/rYO7i4xjrL5rmJI

exposing yourself to the language, like you said you already do (on social media, in games etc.) is actually really great! I took Korean in uni and sure, while it takes constant efforts and practice to learn the grammar and spelling, the exposure itself to it helped a lot! you got this!

i feel like it’s important for us to realise that only a very small amount of people will stay in our lives for a longer time. for the most part, they come and go, and that’s okay. I just came across your channel and it’s great, i like the honesty (you got a new sub)!

I also had trauma in my childhood and I will never forget it. Instead of always thinking of the past, try to think present and the future. Work on your goals and what you want to achieve in life. Right now, all I hear is boo hoo, my parents didn't have money.

In life, there will be people who will like you and some don't like you. It's important to focus on the people who do and not the others. I had to learn this in my late 20's.

Are you sure you don’t have seborrheic dermatitis? That can cause dandruff, hair loss and facial eczema, especially at the sides of the nose. Try using MCT oil as a moisturiser.

I know you didn’t ask and most of your comments seem to be from men so as a woman I am going to tread lightly. Personally you are an attractive guy and I know men seem to be hyper focused on their hair and what you choose to do is up to you but honestly I don’t see anything wrong with you physically and if you ever did go bald naturally I feel there’s a lot of power in that.

I'm from NZ, I have been learning French for a few years and just started my third language, German, earlier today (literally today). I've found that learning formal French grew my vocabulary in English (my native language). I get what you mean when you say you get tired, following along with subtitles or lyrics of a piece of French content used to give me actual headaches and would wear me out. I think overall you are probably worrying over nothing, I doubt your English abilities are declining. Maybe the thinking about decline so much and doubting of every word is what's causing your perceived decline.

Hey bro just wanna let you know that hair systems are always an option, because once you face the side effects of finasteride or minoxidil its gonna be tough. I used to take minoxidil and dermastamping which worked for a while, but the side effects were brutal, and this is with a topical. hair systems are always a good choice and jake kent is a great inspiration.

you ll be fine, the side effect profile is very minimal. just dont think nothing of it, take it as your vitamins in the morning and focus on the good feeling of being proactive about your hairloss. DHT is useless and with a positive mindset you ll avoid nocebo effect. don t focus on any little change, it s deceiving and unreliable.

I had the exact same eczema/fungal issue around my nose, brow and hairline for years. started using vitamin C serum every morning and it disappeared, and never came back. I have also been using Finasteride for 3 years and it's been perfect, it stops DHT levels by 70%. Recently I found out Dutasteride stops it by 90%, with no additional side effects compared to Finasteride. So I'll be switching when I next order.

still looks good though. keep it moisturized. i’m 29 and started losing hair at the age of 11. thyroid issues etc. by the time time i was 21 it was quite noticeable. i’ve been wearing a “hair system” for 4 years now. wig for short. look into that if you’re trying to avoid other alternatives

Love to hear this. It’s so heartbreaking the amount of people get a pet with no regard for the actual commitment that they are making when getting the pet. They don’t see beyond their want for a cute new puppy or kitten to play with, they forget that you now are taking responsibility for another life. I feel it is a great sin to assume the role of care taker for an innocent and vulnerable being, and then not fulfill your roll and care for that life as you should. Think before you assume responsibility for another life, if you truly have the ability to fully fulfill your role for possibly the next decades to come.

You are not alone man. I feel the the same exact way and feel like am missing out on life when I see all these stories of people going to different parts of the world. I am also in the midst of figuring out my career as well after college almost after 2 years of a graduating. Don't try to focus on anyone's paths but your own. We all come from different walks of life and have our own separate paths that are unique. Some people are fortunate enough to figure their stuff out early, it takes time man. Believe me I get it I dread on the past in college and think about if I did XYZ differently maybe I would be in a different position right now and live the life I want to. For all you know these people could be in credit card debt trying to go on these different luxurious vacations or maybe its their parents money. Reality is a lot more people than not have a hard time finding themselves in the real world. You got this man!

i take finasteride (oral) and minoxidil (topical) and have no side effects. great results. complete reversal to pre-thinning levels. derma-stamping once every other week. the shampoo is nizoral ketaconazole shampoo btw. i used to take it but it can lower testosterone so i stopped. all of the hair oils are a scam. LLLT and PRP is for rich people and is weakly effective.

just get on it, if you get side effects stick with it. your body will adapt, if it doesnt then stop taking it. It's like driving a car. focus on the 99% of people getting somewhere safely not the 1% of people that die in a car crash. I take finasteride and have no sides and wish i had started BEFORE i lost my hair. In fact I didn't even know something like finasteride existed and that basically all actors and soccer players are on it to prevent hairloss indefinately. Had I known the technology to never get hairloss exists i would have decided to take it much earlier. It's all a risk benefit ratio. Lucky enough i can take finasteride and have no side effects. to me it is worth it

There are a lot of general milestones in early adulthood. Moving out, buying a car, first career opportunity, building a relationship, getting married, home ownership and having children. If your old classmates complete the list faster than you, it doesn't mean you're behind. Life is full of ups and downs, and like you mentioned, everyone is on a different path with different goals and opportunities. My life for example. At 26 I owned a house, had a several year relationship, good job, and made 70k on the stock market. At 27 I was renting a old bedroom suite, single, hated my job and lost nearly all my money on the stock market. At 28 I met my wife and started a new job. 29 we rented an apartment together and I proposed. 30 we got married and I lost my career. Today at 33 I'm self employed, happily married, just bought a house with a baby on the way. I was considered "ahead" at 26, only to lose it all and be "behind" most of my peers from 27-32. Jobs and prestigious titles come and go, and world travel is generally overhyped. People can be in a relationship or married, but it doesn't mean they're happy, and most people have a lot more debt than I am comfortable with. I think it's important to strive for those milestones, but be patient and enjoy your journey. My advice is the best investment is in your health. Becoming more physically fit will improve all aspects of your life
