That may work for some people! For PCOS it's been shown that meat, especially red meat, is highly beneficial. It is difficult to get enough complete proteins when plant based and already cutting out things like soy (disrupt hormones), gluten, dairy, etc.

Hi Coach Madison ma'am! Is this also for men? I did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I used soda cans for weights but could not even finish 1 round when my arms completely gave up and stopped halfway through your biceps lesson 😟 My MIL used 12 lb dumbbells and did this full lesson powerfully for many rounds! She has tremendous power, thick bicep, and strength in every possible way and dimension! I feel really low and defeated.

Yes, men can do this exercise as well!! Don't give up! It takes time and consistency to build up muscle and endurance. Start small and over time you will see a difference!

@@madisonkatecoaching Hi Coach Madison ma'am! My MIL told me to try it again after a few days rest but to try without any weights to see how many minutes I can last! My MIL does this powerful exercise very regularly with her heavy dumbbells! I cannot even move her dumbbells from the ground 😔 I really want to build biceps if it is possible!? She told me your lesson is very, very hard training and done by very strong empowered women and that I should try without weights first. I tried an arm-wrestle test against my MIL's arm but I could not even move her arm even when I used both my arms together against her one arm 😟 As a man, I really want to feel confidence and self esteem in front of my MIL.

I'll be posting lots of how to videos and form tip videos for strength training and mobility, but if you're trying to lose weight I would do 2-3 full body strength days and 3-5 days of low intensity to moderate cardio!
