a big definite no on the PS5 Pro, unless if you like wasting more money on something with very minimal difference, slightly more powerful in specs that don't make it enough to justify the higher price tag, along with no disc drive compared to the original console that practically does the same thing, cost less and has a disc drive, the original PS5 is good enough for the PSVR2, there is no need for a PS5 Pro, it's just a big over hyped gimmick from Sony to get consumers to spend more money for nothing, honestly I think you're better off with a wireless Quest 3 paired with a decent gaming PC for the money at this point

I may have to try this cause I have a brand new RX 7600 RT and out of nowhere I’ve been getting black screens and now stuttering and fps drops to the point I’ll sit at 3 FPS and even with lowering settings and resolution changes I’m getting at best 16 frames if I’m lucky if this doesn’t work I’m hoping the warranty helps and I’m just getting Nvidia

I think you have to move your head around a lot because you aren't in the sweetspot. once you're in the sweetspot it's not as bad as you say. You can look around with your eyes. It's less blurry than a lot of headsets like Reverb G2.. Overall I prefer the image quality of PSVR2. Everything looks more alive and 3d. It has better binocular overlap, a better FOV, better colors, contrast, brightness, blacks etc. The mura isn't nearly as bad as what is shown on your video. It's there but for me it's not that distracting. If you are looking at a game it's like the mura isn't being focused on unless you're intentionally looking for it and focusing your eyes on it. So far the motion blur i haven't really noticed anything significant maybe because I wasn't paying attention to it. Plus the benefit of a DP connection is huge to me. The artifacts and crap in some games can look terrible. There was one map on Pavlov that looked horrendous on the quest 3 , the artifacts, lighting blobs and weird blurs took away from the clarity of the headset. I will also take the mura then the extremely washed out grey look in dark scenes of LCD. Dark scenes look terrible on LCD.. Talking about feeling like you're looking at a screen. Anyway I just decided to write this long comment as another perspective since most of your cons were against the PSVR2.. At the end of the day it really depends on what people value.. It's def personal preference since each headset has their pro's and con's. But for me, again.. Visually I returned the quest 3 and kept the PSVR2. Everything is just more alive

Everything more then 1 meter of distance looks very blur and low resolution to me, what could it be? I tried every resolution and options that i could, nothing get better. Im with a RTX2070, the problem is the gpu the problem? I dont havee a better one to test it right now

radeon rx 580 series, having fps drops and micro stutters in league of legends and even if I tried this solution among others,nothing happened...Its really frustrating..

I could barely even get through tutorial. It looks bad and lighting is a joke when you walk into a dimly lit room and it just becomes pitch black. Idk I could probably live with that too. But the moment I saw far away npcs run at 10 fps and couldn't hit them with a gun, I just gave up. I don't normally refund things, but this just asked for it. Like a spit in the face of the entire vr community.

Both work for me. PSVR2 is primarily for games; MQ3 augments with productivity, etc

I tried to strangle a guard. I thought there were no witnesses, total stealth. As I turned my head, 25 NPC,s popped in and stared at me😂. This game, if you can call it that, is a sick joke.

Dear i am using rx6800H and I did unindstalled and reinstalled AMD driver only version and it still stutters and When I went to BIOS to turn off ftpms its not showing anywhere and I have no clue how to fix this its AMD processor ryzen 7 and nvidia graphics

I think it is worth it even on PC, because you have options, HDR of the game, SDR or Auto HDR. Most of the games I use Auto HDR, because you can count in one hand games with well implemented HDR on PC.

This is a great video! For me, I am having head tracking lag. For example, when I turn my head right it stutters a bit. Almost like a lag. My Quest 2 does not do this on my PC. AS a note, am on a Ryzen 5, Nvidia 4060 and 16 GB of ram. I am using a USB-C to DP adapter as well. I tried multiple adapters and the same issue.

There is no PS5 Slim; that is a term gamer nerds have made up out of thin air and are using repetitively. The PS5 Pro will be like the Switch 2; a fantasy from the imagination of immature geeks.

I have the Quest Pro and then bought the PSVR 2 after the announcement of the PSVR2 PC adapter. I got the adapter day 1 and i can say i was not impressed by the clarity of the PSVR2, Sold it the following day and then got myself a Quest 3, besides the OLED blacks, the Quest 3 and Quest pro is just better for me.

The PSVR2 is really good on PC.. Meta 3 should have went with OLED screens.
