That's unreasonable. Not many people can afford to reorganise their work space just to store these pens horizontally. I would understand if they said to store them caps down rather than caps up, but come on, this horizontal storage is an unreasonable requirement. I'll store mine caps down and see how long they last. If not too long, I simply won't buy this brand again.

It's not a great product. I've tried all the "reviving" methods, took the whole thing apart, soaked it in hot water etc. nothing worked. Even when they're new the pens don't have a controlled flow, it's nearly impossible to draw a long line without the ink disappearing half way through. Won't buy again.

Put 91% isopropyl (rubbing) alcohol on a paper towel or tissue. Wipe off the nib with the paper towel. Wait about 60 seconds. This is what worked for me.

I have a problem with the metallic copper one, I have bought about 4 or 5 of them and they never work past 2 weeks. I like having color sets to each thing that I write, and the orange one is always on hold because I don't have the copper working

I have been looking around for zenspiration using the pre strung zendalas. I stumbled on this looking at Poke Root? We’re their others to finish this or do more of the pre strungs. I also do not find much on the Mosiac app unfortunately! Loved your poke root!

Mine didn't work straight out of the package. These remind me of cheap middle school BIC pens, where we had to use a lighter to get the ball to roll. There's no ink coming out of mine, none, the ball won't roll. These are overpriced & overrated. If I could return them all I would. Three 12 packs & several three & six packs, is a lot of wasted money. I'm switching to something new & way more dependable, tomorrow. Don't waste your money on these. They also leave deep stroke marks. I can't use them since they put a deep, ballpoint pen stoke mark on my color pages
