4 years? Long? 4 years to write a masterpiece is fine by me. The dissatisfaction they feel with their art is what separates the greats from the average. Don't concern yourself with the process these guys know what they're doing. No offence but it's not your place to be telling them how long it should be taking them to write their albums, If what you're looking for is something of purity.

thats sort of my point tho, when you question every little bit of a song and dont just let it be what it is that sort of take away the purity in a way plus it takes away tons of time that could be spent on creating new ideas.

wjveryzer7985 it has to click, it's not about questioning a song its about feeling that the song is complete obviously they're not at that stage, actually I think they've finished writing now but that's not my point. It's funny because most bands that do a two year cycle, by the time those two years pass they generally feel as though the last album was incomplete. Having the time to reflect is so valuable to songwriters. And yeah they're playing this song because it's 98% complete that doesn't mean they have 12 songs that are 98% complete. And yeah this song probably will stay mostly the same. That's why they feel comfortable playing the song live lol

The album version will be a lot different. The guitarist himself said in an interview that this song has been reworked to perfection.

Mrugank Patankar​ like i said they release roughly same time every 4 years, asymmetry released about september 2013 so maybe september this year. Who knows :)
