I experienced similar. Went a few weeks ago and the lady walked my back. Afterwards, I didn't really feel right but wasn't in immediate pain. This went on for a few days. Something didn't feel right but I wasn't concerned enough to look into it further, figuring it would straighten itself out soon. On around the 6th day, I stood up and experienced a shooting pain from my back down my left leg. I found out later the massage had inflamed my sciatic nerve and I was now experiencing sciatica. Very excruciating pain in the beginning. Lasted for about a week. Moral of the story: Be careful who you let massage you in Thailand. Many of those girls aren't properly trained and have no license at all.

WRONG. Now the table is too low, creating an abnornal viewing angle of the laptop screen. Several years before ever developing carpel tunnel, you were diagnosed with neck damage. Game Over

This is the most useful random short ive come by in a while. I studied Kinesiology for a long time throughout my medical career and its honestly a shame that this kind of knowledge is hidden from ppl. Hope your videos start going viral !

That last one definitely helps I had my screens slightly higher than I should've and no joke was almost always feeling my neck towards the end of the day just because I was looking up more often. Probably a bad couple of months for my neck and back.

That was so simple and exactly what I needed!! I want to know what's in the qlink now! I wore an emf protector that is said to be toxic. How do I find a natural safe one?
@GaryTho
@GaryTho Жыл бұрын
Check out the q link on the link i shared. Its not the same as am emf protestor... I don't know how you could block radiation from your phone for example, without having an entire case around it to physically block any radiation. My understanding is that the q link amplifies your natural resonance and for me, i could measure thru an epigenetic test, that my 2 ohines, ipad, laptop, portable wifi hotspot that i carry with me has much less impact after wearing my q link. Thats good enough for me.
