The problem with this solution is the NFL referees aren't full time refs. Make them full time with this being their only job. Then fine then for bad calls, suspend them and if need be fire them. That's the only way it will get better. But the League is too cheap for that.

Here is a truth. I knew reffing would get worse the moment instant replay was introduced. Everywhere its being used reffing has begun to suck. The more a league uses instant replay, the more reffing will suck.

YOU???? Do us a favour, nip up to your toilet, get some toilet roll and wipe your chin, cos your talking so much shit - - - it's dribbling out the corner of your mouth!!!!! Have you heard of VAR??? Well it's over here in UK at football (what you call soccer), and it's ruined the game - - - - - it's like your video replays, only the decisions are made by complete morons. Players get fined every week in the NFL and still show up and perform it’s just part of holding them accountable. Fining refs wouldn’t mean they’re fired; it’s about making sure they take their job seriously and stop impacting games with careless calls. As someone who’s watched American football my whole life, I’ve seen refs make enough questionable decisions to know the effect it has. And the NFL does have its own version of VAR, so it’s not a foreign concept. Maybe it’s time for the NFL to hold refs to the same standards they hold players.

Just to be clear on my side of the argument .Jamal Charles was already good before beinemy coached the chiefs . He didn’t even coaches Alex smith he was a rb coach at the time plus smith already had success before chiefs .AP/ Mahomes are rare generational talent and despite constant change at oc for the chiefs production on offense stays the same so was it beinemy or Andy ried? . Yeah beinemy didn’t have a qb but Las Vegas raiders didn’t either they had o conell and in that sample size their offense did better then beinemy best stretch,shoot even bengals and Vikings didn’t have qbs and their offenses still did better .I give him credit for Kareem hunt . Commanders had talent on offense two wrs two rbs and a te and did from mid to avg and if qb was such a problem y not feuture the run game🤔 he had full control of offense in Washington. .when I say he old school i mean his practices are hard on the body I wasn’t referring to harsh criticism I assume most nfl coach do that. .I don’t think he bad I just think he a avg oc -Franck

Good post. Mahomes likes Nagy and does not like EB. Eb's contract was not renewed by the Chiefs. In the SB57 parade, EB is riding in the last bus by himself, and Nagy is riding with Mahomes, and they are hugging. EB never contributed that much, and he had his real chance in DC............

Just keep it real. Tampa has a stout defense, which will help you stay in games, but your offense doesn't fair well against solid defense. At this point, the Lions are the better team. The Lions were not able to run the ball either, but they still found a way to win. That's what good teams do.

Both teams couldn’t run, true, but the Lions were down both starting RBs and both starting guards. Tampa struggled to run fully healthy. Lions adapted and pivoted to the short passing game to kill clock and control the ball, Bucs couldn’t make that work for them

Yeah I watch Kirk throw for more tds yds and have a better record then Lawrence all while in a more competitive division then the south Lawrence competed in against last yr, and less not forget he lost to a back up in kc in the playoffs and nearly got blown out by the chargers
