Bro, I’m going to Iceland and I’m just so skeptical about bringing the BMPCC 6k bc it’s so expensive, any advice on filming it in iceland? What were your settings and did you have to film with a specific kit or just the BMPCC on its own? Please let me know bc I am going soon and scared of my lens condensating or camera damaged by the cold conditions, thanks!!
@DanielSJensen2 жыл бұрын
Hey! I kind of just went for it tbh. The only sequences in this film not shot on it were the absolute snowy blizzard scenes, otherwise we just used it out in the cold, and in light snow and drizzle. We were careful, but I was also there for work, so I could justify risking it a bit as I was getting paid while on the trip as well, and could replace it if went sideways. Just want to be transparent with that. But I've had mine out in a bunch of gnarly conditions now and never had an issue.

Amazing Video! I have the mavic 2 pro (h.265) and Bmpcc 4K just like you but when exporting from premiere the mavic 2 pro footage freezes and seems to have missing frames. How did you edit the 2 different footage types in one sequence without issues? If you could help I would really appreciate it!
@DanielSJensen3 жыл бұрын
Thank you! It sounds like you may be dealing with two different frame rates. Experiment with re-timing, aka speeding up or slowing down, your drone footage to match the BMPCC footage

Awesome video! I live in Budapest and so happy with the way you captured its beauty! The shots, the transitions, the edit to the music all great! And as a new Bmpcc4K user very insoirational to see what you can get out of these cameras :)

Like the idea of mixing well-known parts of the city with quiet streets and everyday life. Captures different feelings about Budapest, not only the usual cliches. Mystery Hotel is a nice historical building, but wouldn't stay there just for the tiny basin, there are many bath-houses with large pools.😀
