We Belgians are going to vote in 1 month’s time for 3 “instances”: European, National and Regional leadership. I read so much of why people will not vote, although compulsory… This is why it IS important…

Merrill this was an incredibly valuable episode for me, a person who has just been put in a position of leadership, appointed as the Charleston Chapter President of the Black Music Awards. Would love to talk to you about some of the major projects I’m involved with. Great job as a host, asking perfect questions to Vada. I learned a lot

We want to encourage and be the Yoda to our employees. Ask them about their career goals. Be the coach to help them accomplish their goals. But you can structure challenges and goals for them - this helps you to stay in control as the manager. Getting control of your employees. Money is a big motivator. Pay a lower base rate with additional amounts based on measurable performance. When we let employees spread their wings and fly on their own, they usually do better and they love their job because they feel respected and they feel like their ideas matter.

I like how you used the punchline from the talk in the intro so I as the viewer immediately knew why I was watching till the end! Great work!

How nice it is that this man Howard Schultz was allowed his God given rights as an American in order to become successful. Success is more than $. As a victim of 22 yrs of ongoing Technological Torture in America I take great exception to his making money at my life's expense. Morally and ethically Mr. Schultz has an obligation. With more money comes more responsibility. Where has this man been for 22 yrs while his customers use my body as a human target to put their name on a claim? And the two eyes in my head say they spend it at Starbucks. In Washington they voted $30. per year license tabs. But I estimate they spend at least $6,000. per yr at Starbucks. Howard who supplie(d)s a tremendous amount of retail franchises must use the roads considerably to his profitable business benefit. So why didn't Howard Schultz who has been SO successful, tell the WA ST Gov their response "you just won't get your roads paved" after the Tim Eyman initiative was unacceptable? No wonder you were successful. You partake in the practice of niggaring and I am convinced that is the only way to prosper in America these days. Who in the hell do you think you are, Jesus Christ, you must have a horrible Tea complexity. Now. Stop this crime. P. S. Ask the new CEO from Microsoft how are the customers paying? Fictitious money? And how much money from license tabs in WA goes towards small business?

Remember when "New World Order" was a term used by "Insane reactionary conspiracy theorists"? I do, not it's normal for the elite to use it with glee.

Bovine Growth Hormone milk has been proven to contain puss it's filtered out but still just the thought of drinking puss is very unappealing to say the least.Thats what starbucks serves and they're fighting the legislation that would require them to inform the customers of the GM milk they use.

This video is really unhelpful for anyone trying to write or trying to feel better, as it's just a mechanism for this author - who I've never found particularly interesting or relevant, much less unique - to applaud himself for how interesting he must be that he attempted to answer the unanswerable questions that remain from the scars of life by virtue of the fact his books are published and read. Perhaps he does have a point, however, for those who aren't terribly concerned or on par with contemplating the existential complexities of reality.
