If you really want a rare one, find it in 4 speed standard shift. I believe there was only 2 hundred and something 4 speeds made. Which made them more rare than the automatics. And of course more valuable.

I dropped a 455 370 hp Buick Deuce and a qtr engine in a '69 Skylark back in 1985. No that was a real car! I also used the Turbo 400 tranny, too.

I don't want to be sarcastic, but the first car is a glorified Falcon, and the Pontiac gas pedal starter was borrowed from Buick. The OHV Buick was a better engine and Pontiac began using the OHV engines later. Buick designed the OHV engine in 1897 and put it in their cars in 1903 with a 50 year patent. As soon as the patent expired in 1953, all other auto makers used the OHV engine in their cars.
