In 2009 Mervyn’s closed due to bankruptcy from the franchise and in 2019 or 2020 forever 21 closed also lower was anchor as spirit Halloween 2020 Then 2021-2022 They did again but on 2st floor only then 2022 Q took over that site lower both closed and here it was round 1 is today.

I have fond memories of going to this exact McDonald's after a day of visiting Knott's Berry Farm. It was like the cherry on top. A unique McDonald's with Arcade games and a Model train above and in the center of the building. Even if the trains weren't working or the Arcade games were out of order, I still enjoyed the nostalgia of this retro McDonald's. Demolishing this building and rebuilding it with the boxed depressing Brown hues design was by far the worst decision. It could've been preserved or done something to keep everything intact, it hurts to know that this old McDonalds is long gone in favor of corporate decision making.
