Great to get some tips on this. I wonder if you could do the first 2 mins of the video in less than 30 seconds in future. It's at the 2min mark that you get to the tips.

Some helpful feedback, youre loading your hips to assist/throw the weight, its very slight, but you can tell by watching your butt, it goes up and down with the sets.
