Well done! I'm not a climber, but I was in the Russian Himalayas a month ago. Mountains are difficult, but only mountains can do better than mountains! Good luck to you on every climb and successful returns home!

So why you walked that track in that weather beats me. I've always carefully check out the weather first especially up there as tramping/hunting is meant to be an enjoyment isn't it? Not stuck in a small tent soaking wet. However good luck to you.

S L A V E labour - quite literally … Try it for yourself and ‘see’. If you can’t carry your own - then just why should these locals-?.. For a few kopek’s an hour.

They do a marvellous job and although the locals say that tourism has impacted their culture, they celebrate the improvements it’s also brought to them ☺️
