Most Chinese martial arts use fists and palms. I have never seen a traditional Chinese martial art that actively uses kicks. Bruce Lee's martial art is not a traditional Chinese martial art, but a modern creative martial art.

I don’t say this lightly so please enlighten me I’m not trying to be disrespectful but I really don’t see these working in a fluid aggressive combat situation. I can see that the locks do work because you’re manipulating the joints so of courseYou’re causing pain. I only see these working with a cooperative partner who gives you his arm and doesn’t try to fight you once you grab All. As I said please enlighten me if I’m wrong
